Ronald McDonald House Charities Awards Grant to 100 Black Men of Albany, Inc.

Tallahassee, Florida, September 21, 2013 – Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tallahassee awards a $5,000 Grant to the 100 Black Men of Albany, Georgia, Inc. for the 100 Scholars Robotics AllianceStudents within the Dougherty County school system will be able to participate in robotics training programs and expand their educational experience through this Matching Grant award.

McDonald’s strongly believes in the youth of our communities and is committed to helping other non-profit agencies in need. The Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Grant Program was born from the combined effort of Global RMHC, McDonald’s Owner/Operators, and McDonald’s Corporation to provide financial support to non profit organizations serving children. Ronald McDonald House Charities also awards college scholarships to high school seniors in addition to overseeing its cornerstone program, the Ronald McDonald House in Tallahassee.
