New Roof Donated to Ronald McDonald House!

Once again the Capital City Roofing & Sheetmetal Association has come together as a group to donate a much needed roof to a local non-profit organization. The CRSA is one of 13 affiliate members of the Florida Roofing & Sheetmetal Association(FRSA) and local to the Tallahassee area. The CRSA is comprised of local roofing contractors, sheetmetal contractors and roofing suppliers. Each year the CRSA votes for & selects a single non-profit organization out of a list of nominees. The CRSA & its members along with some of the nation’s leading roofing manufacturers, donate the roofing materials needed for the roof donation. This year’s winner is The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tallahassee.

Since 1989, Ronald McDonald House of Tallahassee has kept over 5,000 families together during their child’s medical crisis. No one is ever turned away from “The House That Love Built…” for an inability to pay for their stay, due to the generous support of our community. “The donation of a roof by the Capital City Roofing & Sheet Metal Association enables Ronald McDonald House to focus on the crucial needs of pediatric patients and their program services” stated Kathy Anderson, RMHC President/Executive Director.
